Pre-coat filtration with Becogur filter aids is an established method for ensuring the highest product quality in the brewing process as well as in other applications in beverage production. Becogur filter aids are available in five clarification levels with different permeability grades. The classification into various levels of fineness with respective specification parameters enables high clarification performance even for beverages with a high turbidity content. Becogur filter aids therefore allow filtration to be specifically and flexibly adapted to the requirements of the beverages to be filtered.
