Produktprüfungen Luftqualität

DMT GmbH & Co. KG ist ein Unternehmen der TÜV NORD Gruppe. Als akkreditiertes Prüflabor im Geschäftsfeld Anlagen- und Produktsicherheit untersuchen und prüfen wir unter anderem die Abscheideleistung Ihrer Produkte und Anlagen zur Luftreinigung (Aerosol-, Staub- und Gasabscheider).

Hierfür stehen Ihnen diverse Prüfstände für Leistungsmessungen zur Verfügung. Mit denen können alle physikalischen, chemischen aber auch mikrobiologischen Parameter zur Leistungserfassung bestimmt werden. Diese Ausstattung, in Verbindung mit der jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung, gibt uns die Kompetenz, nicht nur nach normativen Standards zu prüfen (z. B.: ISO 16890, EN 1822/ISO 29463, ISO 5011, DIN ISO 11057/VDI 3926, IEC 60335- 2-69 Anhang AA), sondern auch Untersuchungen individuell an Ihren Bedarf angepasst durchzuführen.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Situation bietet DMT die Wirksamkeitsprüfung für Raumluftreiniger gemäß VDI-EE 4300-14 an.

Darüber hinaus bieten wir Arbeitsplatz- und Innenraum-, Emissions- und Immissionsmessungen sowie ein breites Spektrum an Prüfstäuben (www.testdust.dmt-group.com) für Filter- und Umweltprüfungen an.

Air quality product tests

DMT GmbH & Co. KG is a company of TÜV NORD Group. As an accredited test laboratory in the field of plant and product safety, we analyze and examine the performance of your air cleaning products or systems (aerosol, dust and gas separator) amongst other things.

Various test benches for performance measurements are available for this purpose. These can be used to determine all physical, chemical and also micro-biological parameters for performance measurement.

This equipment, in conjunction with decades of experience, gives us the competence to test not only according to normative standards (e.g.: ISO 16890, EN 1822/ISO 29463, ISO 5011, DIN ISO 11057/VDI 3926, IEC 60335- 2-69 Annex AA), but also to carry out tests individually adapted to your needs.

Due to the current corona situation, DMT offers effectiveness testing for room air cleaners in accordance with VDI-EE 4300-14.
