MEMBRAFLOW control systems GmbH ist ein weltweit agierender Anbieter von schlüsselfertigen Anlagen im Filtrationsbereich. Dabei richtet sich der Fokus gezielt auf die Bereiche Mikro-, Ultra- und Nanofiltration unter Verwendung von keramischen Membranen. Bei Bedarf bieten wir auch Engineering-, Konstruktions- und Anlagenbautätigkeiten als Einzelleistungen an. Zudem umfasst unser Leistungsportfolio die Elektro- Konstruktion, Auswahl von Hard- und Software, Programmierung sowie Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme von Schaltanlagen im Automatisierungs­bereich.

Vom Erstversuch über die Pilotierung bis zur Industrieanlage

Für Produkte deren Filtrationseigenschaften noch nicht bekannt sind, bieten wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Versuchsdurchführung. Für die grundsätzliche Austestung eines Produktes auf deren Filtrierbarkeit stehen verschiedene Laboranlagen zur Verfügung. Nach erfolgreichen Testversuchen können weitere Filtrationszyklen auf einer Pilotanlage durchgeführt werden. Die dabei erzielten Ergebnisse fließen in die Auslegung und Konstruktion einer entsprechenden Industrieanlage ein. Unsere Labor- sowie Pilotanlagen stehen unseren Kunden auf Mietbasis zur Verfügung.

In addition, our service portfolio includes electrical design, selection of hardware and software, programming as well as delivery and commissioning of switchgear in the field of automation.

From the initial test to piloting to the industrial plant

For products whose filtration properties are not yet known, there are various possibilities for carrying out tests. Various laboratory facilities are available for the basic testing of a product for its filterability. After successful test trials, further filtration cycles can be carried out on a pilot plant. The results obtained in these tests are used to design a corresponding industrial plant. Laboratory and pilot plants are available to our customers on a rental basis.
