Dynamische Cross-Flow-Filtration

Kerafol ist ein unabhängiger Hersteller von keramischen Membranen für Filtration und Begasung. Die Filterkeramikscheiben (Mikro-, Ultrafiltration) werden von Anlagenbauern für die dynamische Cross-Flow-Filtration eingesetzt. Die Rotation der Membranen vereint mehrere Vorteile und ermöglicht eine energieeffiziente Filtration hochviskoser Suspensionen, bei denen andere Filtrationstechniken an ihre Grenzen stoßen.

Diese keramischen Membranscheiben können auch zur Begasung (O2, CO2, O3 …) verwendet werden. Integriert in Anlagen zur Flotation, Ozonierung und Sauerstoffeinbringung erzeugen sie Gasblasen mit feiner Größenverteilung. Durch die Rotation der Membranscheiben können einige Gase direkt in Flüssigkeiten gelöst werden. Ein aktuelles Anwendungsgebiet stellt die Aufbereitung von Gülle und Gärresten dar. Neben der Volumenreduzierung und der Einsparung von Transportkosten, ergibt sich die Möglichkeit des Maßschneiderns von natürlichen Düngemitteln.

Dynamic Cross Flow Filtration

Kerafol is an independent producer of ceramic membranes for filtration and aeration. The ceramic membrane discs (micro-, ultrafiltration) are applied by engineering companies for the dynamic cross flow filtration. The rotation of the membranes combines several advantages and enables the energyefficient filtration of highly viscous suspensions where other filtration techniques reach their limits.

These ceramic membrane discs can be used for aeration (O2, CO2, O3 …) as well. Integrated in plants for e.g. flotation, ozonation und oxygenation they produce gas bubbles with fine size distribution. With the rotation of the membrane discs some gases are directly dissolved in liquids. A current area of application is the processing of liquid manure and fermentation residues. In addition to the volume reduction and the saving of transport costs, there is the possibility of tailoring natural fertilisers.
