Im Process Test Center (PTC) für zentrifugale Trenntechnik am Standort Oelde leisten wir zudem Pionierarbeit für viele Branchen, denn Separatoren und Dekanter sind keine Produkte von der Stange. Hier werden verlässliche Daten für die optimale Auswahl und Auslegung von Zentrifugen und trenntechnischen Prozesslinien gewonnen, auf deren Basis sicher von der Pilotanlage auf den Industriemaßstab hochskaliert werden kann. Last but not least: Beste Wartung, Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung leistet GEA als zuverlässiger und proaktiver Servicepartner selbstverständlich auch. Und das mit Service-Paketen, die weit über die klassische Instandhaltung hinausgehen. Mit dem Ziel, das volle Potenzial der Separationsanlage über den kompletten Lebenszyklus auszuschöpfen. Keeping everything running

At the Process Test Center (PTC) for centrifugal separation technology in Oelde, Germany, we also do pioneering work for many industries – after all, separators and decanters are not exactly off-the-shelf products. Here, reliable data is acquired that enables the optimal selection and design of centrifuges and separation process lines. This data can then be used to safely recreate the pilot plant on an industrial scale. And last, but by no means least, it goes without saying that GEA also provides the best maintenance, monitoring, analysis, and optimization services as a reliable and proactive partner.
