Innovative AmesPore® XPM metallic membranes

AMES-PORE Filtration, S.L., mit Sitz in Barcelona (Spanien), stellt seit 1953 Metall-Sinterfilter und seit 2021 Metallmembranen aus Edelstahl her.

AmesPore® XPM Metallmembranen bestehen aus einem porösen Metallkern aus 316L-Edelstahl mit geringer Wandstärke, dessen Innendurchmesser mit einer  Keramikschicht überzogen und mit dem porösen Substrat verbunden ist. Erhältlich sind Module von 2‘‘ – 4‘‘ – 8‘‘ Durchmesser, mit einer Länge von 450 mm (ohne Anschlüsse), komplett aus Edelstahl 316L gefertigt, mit einer Filterfläche von 0,16 bis 3,11 m² und einer Porengröße von 1.2 µm to 20 nm. Die Module können (je nach  Moduldesign) bis 230 °C bei einem Druck von 10 bar verwendet und dampfsterilisiert werden.

AmesPore® XPM Module sind widerstandsfähig gegen mechanische und thermische Beanspruchungen, kompakt, leicht zu reinigen, umweltfreundlich und wett­bewerbsfähig im Preis. Dadurch können sie unter anderem als Filtermedien in MF/UF-Anlagen für die Lebensmittel- und Getränke-, Molkerei-, Pharma-, Chemie- oder Abwasserbehandlungsindustrie verwendet werden.

Innovative AmesPore® XPM metallic membranes

AMES-PORE Filtration, S.L., located in Barcelona (Spain), manufactures metallic sintered filters since 1953 and stainless steel metallic membranes since 2021.

AmesPore® XPM metallic membranes are formed by a porous metal core of 316L stainless steel with thin walls whose internal diameter is coated with a ceramic layer interlocked to the porous substrate. They are available in modules of 2’’ – 4’’ – 8’’ diameter and 450 mm length (excluding connections) built entirely of 316L stainless steel, with filtration surface from 0.16 to 3.11 m², and pore size from 1.2 µm to 20 nm. Modules can be used to 230 ºC and at 10 barg pressure (depending on module design), and can be steam sterilized.

AmesPore® XPM modules are resistant to mechanical and thermal shock, compact, easy cleanable and eco­logical, with competitive price. It allows them to be used as a filter media in MF/UF facilities for the food&beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical or wastewater treatment industries, among other applications.
