Under the Haver & Boecker Machinery Division and its technology brands AML bulk technology, Behn + Bates and IBAU Hamburg, visitors can discover the latest advancements in packing technology, AI-based plant optimization and innovative bulk goods storage and logistics solutions. Haver & Boecker Wire Weaving Division will highlight its sustainable repair solutions for wire mesh. The joint-venture Nexopart will be available for consultations around powder laboratory technology at their own booth, 554.

In addition to seeing the many innovative and sustainable solutions, visitors will have the opportunity to speak directly with engineering and service experts to learn how these solutions can improve their production efficiency and future-proof their operations.

Bag logistics and palletizing

At Powtech, visitors can discover the latest innovations in bag logistics and palletizing, the AMICUS Depal, a depalletizing robot that closes automation gaps in packing lines, and the Radimat-Pathfinder system for empty bag logistics. Closing the gap on automation and AI, Haver & Boecker will also introduce their new Integra IVx, an AI-powered packing machine from the next generation, designed for precision and hygienic performance. Compatible with Haver & Boecker’s intelligent QUAT2RO solutions, which ensure effective and precise bag application and filling as well as real-time evaluation through AI recognition and data analysis, the Integra IVx provides customers with the confidence and data to optimize their packing line performance.

Dedusting filters

From high-performance dedusting filters and solutions for bulk goods to sustainable dry mortar plants, AML Bulk Technology celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. Experts will be available for customer consultations at the show. AML applies a holistic sustainability approach to help its customers minimize air pollution and equip conveying and mixing systems with smart filtration technology.

Packing and filling machines

Behn + Bates, Haver & Boecker’s food industry brand, will present its newest Elementra BP EL-U packing machine, which offers easy handling, clean filling and efficient consolidation for big bag palletizing. Visitors can learn more about the company’s comprehensive support services, which include process engineering, digital solutions for system optimization as well as spare parts and maintenance. Behn + Bates products range from semiautomatic packers and fully automatic bagging lines to highly hygienic filling machines that can be customized for sensitive products such as baby food or pharmaceuticals.

Optimizing plants

With IBAU Hamburg, visitors can order high-quality components and get insights into cutting-edge engineering services for comprehensive plant design. IBAU will present its extensive upgrades program, which offers valuable diagnostics and concrete recommendations on optimizing plants and silo operation to enhance performance and reliability. Its state-of-the-art solutions for bulk material storage, conveying, mixing, loading and unloading help customers reduce emissions and improve their sustainability.

Sieve analysis and dynamic image analysis

Nexopart will present its advanced solutions for sieve analysis and dynamic image analysis at a separate booth, 554, in Hall 9. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore how Nexopart’s innovative image analysis technology delivers substantial improvements over traditional sieve methods by significantly reducing analysis time and providing more comprehensive particle measurement data. As a company that provides high quality devices “made in Germany,” Nexopart is committed to setting new standards in particle analysis and equipping laboratories with next generation technologies.

Woven wire cloth and metal wire mesh

The Haver & Boecker Wire Weaving Division, manufacturer of woven wire cloth and specialist for custom-made engineered metal wire mesh products, will present their resource-efficient repair solutions for the POROSTAR filter components, such as filter plates and centrifuge drums. Instead of replacing damaged laminate components outright, customers can opt for a tailored repair service that extends the life of wire mesh parts while saving material, reducing costs and minimizing downtime. Powtech visitors will discover how Haver & Boecker’s wire mesh solutions can be customized for filtration and separation in a wide range of industries including food, petrochemical and pharmaceutical processing.
