Haver & Boecker has expanded its service network with a new location in Turkey. The service center, Haver Service and Consumables Turkey, was established by Ilka, the company’s longstanding industrial packing supplier and representative in the region. The new location is intended to improve service availability and reduce response times for customers in the region.
Local service for regional markets
With the new center, Haver & Boecker offers local access to services for packing equipment. These include consumables, OEM spare parts, operator training, repairs, and performance upgrades. The services address several industries, including cement, building materials, chemicals, and food.
Partnership with regional expertise
The service center is managed by İlker Çavdar and Kazim Sönmez. The cooperation with Ilka provides local market knowledge and established customer relationships. The site is also supported by the company’s global expertise in application and material testing.
