30.08.2022 Ι The Sopat GmbH takes over Parsum. 30% of the Parsum company shares have been acquired by WZ Process B.V., SOPAT GmbH took over 70% of the shares on 12th of August 2022.
“Our ambition will be to leverage Parsum’s immense international potential and continue to grow together”, said Jörn Emmerich (CEO, Sopat).
Whilst looking forward to grow and offer solutions to the customers, Sopat benefits from Parsum which fits into the existing product range of special laser-based measurement technique and thus strengthens the application area in powder-, granule- and solid-dominated process applications.
Merger leads to development
Stefan Dietrich (CEO, Parsum) is also enthusiastic about the merger with SOPAT. He says it ensures the continued existence of the Parsum brand and the further development of the Parsum technology. He is certain that Sopat will be the ideal partner, because of its knowledge of the growing future market of inline particle measurement technology.
